Summary

This study looked at the safety of a minimally invasive heart valve replacement (called TAVR) in patients who also had a widened aorta. Researchers compared outcomes for 101 patients in China who had the widened aorta to those who did not. The goal was to see if the procedure was safe and effective for this specific group of higher-risk patients.
