Summary

This study tests a new assist system and kit designed to help doctors perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) more safely and effectively in people with severe aortic stenosis. About 158 patients aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to receive TAVR with or without the assist system. The main goal is to see if the system improves technical success and reduces complications during the procedure.
