This study will test how stimulating the ear with mild electrical pulses at different frequencies affects heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure in 36 healthy adults. Each person will try five different stimulation settings (including a fake one) in separate sessions. The goal is to see which frequency most strongly influences the body's 'rest and digest' system.
