Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear (taVNS) can lower anxiety and help people manage their emotions better. Researchers will measure brain activity, heart rate, and skin responses in 140 healthy adults while they look at upsetting pictures. The goal is to understand how this stimulation affects the brain's emotional centers.
