Summary

This study tests whether a mild electrical stimulation on the ear (taVNS) can reduce anxiety and improve how people manage their emotions. Researchers will measure brain activity and stress responses in 140 healthy adults. The goal is to understand how this non-invasive technique affects emotional regulation.
