Summary

This study tested a medicine called TAU-284 in 490 children aged 7 to 15 who have year-round nasal allergies. The goal was to see if it reduces sneezing, runny nose, and stuffiness better than a placebo. The medicine was given for two weeks, and researchers also checked for side effects and how much of the drug stayed in the blood.
