Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called tasquinimod can help control myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. It will be given either by itself or alongside an existing drug (ruxolitinib) to 33 adults whose current treatments aren't working well enough. The main goals are to see if it shrinks the disease and is safe for patients.
