Summary

This study looked at whether practicing real-life tasks (like standing up, walking, and picking up objects) helps people who have had a stroke improve their balance, walking, daily activities, and quality of life. 28 stroke survivors took part. The results suggest that task-oriented training may be a helpful part of recovery.
