Summary
This study tests a new exercise program called Task-Oriented Circuit Training (TOCT) to see if it improves arm and hand movement in people who have had a stroke. The program involves 15 different exercise stations. Researchers will measure hand dexterity, finger function, and grip strength before and after the training. The study aims to enroll 24 adults who had a stroke at least one month ago.
