Summary
This small, early-stage study aimed to see if a daily dose of the drug tasimelteon could help people with REM Behavior Disorder (RBD). RBD causes people to physically act out their dreams, which can lead to injury. Researchers wanted to find out if the drug could reduce these dream enactment events and improve sleep quality for the 20 participants.
