Summary

This early-stage study tested whether a daily 20 mg dose of tasimelteon, a drug that mimics melatonin, could reduce dream-enacting behaviors in people with REM behavior disorder. Twenty participants tracked their sleep and symptoms using daily logs and questionnaires. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
