New pill aims to reset body clocks for night owls

Summary
This study tests whether a daily medication called tasimelteon can help people with Delayed Sleep-Wake Phase Disorder (DSWPD) fall asleep earlier and sleep better. About 70 adults with DSWPD will take either the drug or a placebo for several weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug shifts sleep onset to an earlier time, as recorded in sleep diaries.
