Can a pill reset your body clock? trial tests treatment for 'Night Owl' sleep disorder

Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called tasimelteon can help people with delayed sleep-wake phase disorder, a condition where their natural sleep schedule is shifted very late. About 70 adults with this diagnosis will take either the study drug or a placebo pill daily. Researchers will measure if the treatment helps people fall asleep earlier and improves their sleep patterns.
