New combo aims to wipe out hidden colorectal cancer cells

Summary
This study tests whether adding celecoxib to TAS-102 can clear tiny amounts of cancer DNA left in the blood after standard chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. About 25 adults who have finished initial treatment but still have signs of cancer in their blood will take part. The goal is to see if the drug combination can eliminate these remaining cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.
