New injection tested for aggressive lung cancer

NCT ID NCT06598306

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether tarlatamab, given as an injection under the skin, is safe and tolerable for people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. The study will enroll about 220 adults to monitor side effects and see if the treatment shows any signs of shrinking tumors. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body and how long it stays active.
