New drug targets Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer in early trial

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called tarlatamab can help control advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 32 men whose cancer tests positive for a specific protein called DLL3. Researchers will measure if the drug slows cancer growth and shrinks tumors over 24 weeks.
