New hope for lung cancer patients: maintenance drug after Chemo-Radiation

Summary
This study tests a drug called tarlatamab as a maintenance therapy for people with limited-stage small-cell lung cancer who cannot receive standard concurrent chemo-radiotherapy. After completing sequential chemo-radiation or chemotherapy alone, participants whose cancer has not worsened will receive tarlatamab infusions until the disease progresses or side effects become unacceptable. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
