Summary

This study tests a new form of the drug tarlatamab given as a shot under the skin for people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has come back after chemotherapy. About 220 adults will take part to see if the shot is safe and how the body handles it. The goal is to control the cancer, not cure it, and researchers will also check if tumors shrink.
