Summary
This phase 2 study tests a drug called tarlatamab in 222 people with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer who have already tried at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if tarlatamab can shrink tumors and how safe it is. Participants receive the drug through an IV infusion, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
