New hope for hard-to-treat prostate cancer: targeted drug enters phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called tarlatamab for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer (DLL3-positive) that has spread and either returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can slow or stop cancer growth. About 32 participants will be enrolled at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
