First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding tarlatamab to durvalumab after standard chemotherapy and radiation can delay cancer return and extend life in people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. Tarlatamab works by helping immune cells recognize and attack cancer cells. About 430 participants will receive either the combination or durvalumab alone until their cancer worsens or side effects become unacceptable.
