Summary
This study tests whether adding probiotics (healthy bacteria) to a stronger type of radiation, chemotherapy, and an immunotherapy drug can help people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer live longer without the cancer growing. About 60 adults aged 18-80 will take part. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and works better than standard treatment.
