Summary
This study tested whether a personalized, multi-part treatment program could help adults with complex concussions recover better than standard advice. 169 participants, aged 18-49, were randomly assigned to receive either the new targeted therapy or usual care. The new program addressed specific problems like dizziness, headaches, sleep issues, and anxiety with tailored exercises and therapies.
