Summary
This study is testing a new experimental drug that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells in patients with high-risk blood cancers like acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of this targeted radiation drug when given before a donor stem cell transplant. Researchers hope this approach will kill more cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue, potentially improving transplant outcomes for these difficult-to-treat conditions.
