Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new approach for people with high-risk multiple myeloma, including newly diagnosed or returning cancer. It combines a radioactive antibody that targets cancer cells, chemotherapy, and total-body radiation before a donor stem cell transplant. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if this treatment can control the disease. About 30 participants will take part.
