Summary
This study tests whether adding extra nutrients to donor breast milk based on each baby's needs helps very premature infants (born before 30 weeks) grow better than standard fortification. Researchers will track weight, length, and head growth in 50 babies. The goal is to improve growth and reduce complications in the NICU.
