Doctors test 'Match-Making' drugs for tough cancers

Summary
This trial is testing whether personalized cancer drugs, chosen based on the specific genetic changes found in a patient's tumor, can help control advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It will enroll about 455 adults with various advanced solid tumors. Patients will receive a drug that matches their tumor's genetic profile and will be monitored to see if it slows or stops cancer growth for at least 3 months.
