Tiny Cancer-Seeking particles deliver chemo directly to tumors

NCT ID NCT05519241

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new targeted treatment for bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer. The treatment uses tiny particles that carry chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, aiming to kill them while potentially reducing side effects. The study will enroll up to 29 patients whose cancer returned after standard BCG treatment. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shows promise for future testing.
