Scientists test new strategy to stop Leukemia's return

NCT ID NCT06664879

Summary

This study is testing a new, personalized approach to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) when it starts to come back. Doctors will use genetic information from a patient's cancer to choose specific drug combinations, aiming to attack the disease early based on tiny traces of leftover cancer cells. The main goals are to see if this tailored strategy is safe and can keep the cancer under control for a longer time.
