Summary
This study tests a new treatment called [212Pb]VMT-α-NET for people with advanced tumors that have a specific marker (SSTR2). The treatment delivers targeted radiation to kill cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. The study involves up to 300 adults with neuroendocrine tumors or meningioma that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
