First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at people whose heart failure has gotten better—their heart's pumping ability has returned to near normal. Researchers want to see if it's safe to slowly reduce some of their heart medications. About 150 adults will be randomly assigned to either taper off certain drugs or continue taking them as usual, and doctors will watch for any signs of heart function worsening.
