Can special tape supercharge your pilates for back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT06787079
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special elastic tape (kinesio taping) to standard Pilates exercises could provide extra benefits for people with ongoing low back pain. Researchers compared the tape-plus-exercise approach against a fake tape group and a control group in 54 adults. They measured changes in core muscle thickness, pain levels, posture, and even mental fatigue to see if the combination offered better relief.
