Summary
This study compares two ways to manage pain after laparoscopic kidney donation surgery: a nerve block injection before surgery versus numbing the incision sites after surgery. The goal is to see which method helps patients breathe better and feel less pain. Eighty adult donors will take part, and neither they nor the researchers will know which treatment they received.
