Summary
This study aims to understand TANGO2-related disorder, a rare genetic condition that can cause severe muscle breakdown and dangerous heart rhythms. Researchers will collect medical information and tissue samples from 300 people with the condition to track how the disease progresses over time. The goal is to build a foundation of knowledge that could help develop future treatments.
