Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three drugs—talquetamab, iberdomide, and dexamethasone—in 32 adults whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Participants must have tried other therapies first, including a type of treatment called BCMA-targeted therapy.
