First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, talazoparib and temozolomide, can shrink tumors in people with advanced small cell lung cancer that has come back after initial treatment. The trial includes 35 adults whose cancer has progressed within 6 months of first-line chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drugs work better together than either alone.
