New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether two oral targeted drugs, talazoparib and tazemetostat, can be safely combined to treat metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. About 35 participants with advanced disease will receive the combination to see if it shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
