New drug trial targets severe, painful skin disease

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called TAK-279 in adults with two severe and rare forms of psoriasis: generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) and erythrodermic psoriasis (EP). All participants will receive the drug for up to 52 weeks. The main goal is to see how well it improves skin symptoms and quality of life, and to check for side effects.
