NCT ID NCT01892189

First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a single dose of TAK-063 could prevent brain activity changes and psychotic-like symptoms caused by ketamine in 27 healthy adult men. Participants received TAK-063, a placebo, or ketamine in different sessions, and brain scans measured the drug's effects. The goal was to understand how TAK-063 works in the brain, not to treat a disease.
