Summary
This study is creating a detailed database to track how premature birth affects babies' development over time. Researchers are following 6,000 preterm and full-term infants in Taiwan for three years, collecting information about their growth, cognitive skills, and medical complications. The goal is to identify which birth factors most influence development and create better care guidelines for premature babies.
