Doctors test 'Stop-and-Go' drug strategy to control tough leukemia

NCT ID NCT05478512

Summary

This study is testing a personalized treatment plan for young adults with a hard-to-treat form of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). All participants start with a two-drug combination. Doctors then check for tiny amounts of leftover cancer cells and adjust the treatment plan. Some patients stop treatment early if the cancer is undetectable, while others continue with a different drug combination to try to control the disease.
