Summary

This study tested whether giving chemotherapy based on the specific type of soft tissue sarcoma works better than standard chemotherapy. About 550 adults with high-risk sarcoma in their arms, legs, or trunk took part. The goal was to see if the tailored approach could delay or prevent the cancer from coming back.
