Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common treatments works better for people with long-lasting tailbone pain (coccydynia). Researchers will compare hands-on osteopathic therapy with a targeted nerve-block injection. The goal is to see which one reduces pain and improves daily function more effectively for the 100 participants.
