New study aims to find best shot at easing stubborn tailbone pain
NCT ID NCT07497269
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two similar nerve-block procedures works better for people with long-term, hard-to-treat tailbone pain (coccydynia). Researchers will compare 'pulsed' and 'conventional' radiofrequency treatments, which use heat to calm pain nerves. They will measure which one provides better pain relief, improves sleep, and helps people get back to their daily activities.
