Summary

This study tests a program to help people safely stop taking long-acting injectable HIV prevention (PrEP). It will enroll 30 HIV-negative adults who are considering stopping or have stopped their PrEP shots. The program includes personalized coaching and, for some, monthly drug level monitoring to guide safe discontinuation.
