Ancient moves vs modern steps: which exercise fights MS fatigue best?
NCT ID NCT07461987
Summary
This study is testing whether two different exercise programs—Tai Chi and square stepping exercises—can help women with multiple sclerosis improve their balance, leg strength, and reduce fatigue. Researchers will compare these approaches to traditional coordination exercises over 8 weeks. The goal is to find better ways to manage MS symptoms through movement.
