Summary

This study looked at whether Tai Chi, a gentle mind-body exercise, can improve quality of life for adults living with both HIV and chronic pain. Thirty-six participants aged 45 and older took part in a 10-week Tai Chi program. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable, and if it helped reduce pain intensity and interference with daily life.
