Summary
This study looked at whether ongoing Tai Chi practice can help children with ADHD improve their attention, motor control, and reduce symptoms. Fifteen children who had already completed a previous Tai Chi program took part. Researchers measured changes in behavior, focus, and ADHD severity using computer tasks and parent/teacher surveys.
