Summary

This study tested a new Tai Chi program that uses real-time feedback to help people with knee osteoarthritis reduce stress on their knee joints. Fifteen adults with knee pain participated in the 4-week program. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and can change how the knee bears weight, which might ease pain and improve movement.
