Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (tagraxofusp, cladribine, and cytarabine) in 20 adults with CD123-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can help achieve remission. Participants must have already tried a standard treatment including venetoclax.
