Summary
This study looked at how well the medicine Tafamidis 61mg worked for Korean patients with a specific heart muscle disease called ATTR-CM. It observed 13 patients who were already prescribed this medicine in real-world settings, not as part of a controlled trial. The goal was to collect information on the drug's effects on heart function, symptoms, and safety in everyday use.
